Jeg har boet i Danmark i næsten 5 år og har arbejdet som kok i over 10 år. Senest her i København som Executive Køkkenchef hos Mad&Kaffe (Byens bedste Vinder '16&'17 & Nomineret '18&'19) og i London som Souschef i mange forskellige restauranter over flere år, hvor jeg har arbejdet på et meget højt niveau. Jeg er for nylig blevet far til en dejlig dreng, som hedder Gabriel, og jeg har oprettet mig her på ChefMe for, at jeg kan arbejde mere selvstændigt frem for i restauranter, hvor det vil kræve lange arbejdstimer og dage væk fra min familie. Samtidig brænder jeg for mit fag. Jeg elsker at lave mad til alle typer af gæster, og det er lige meget, om det er noget simpelt som en lækker morgenmad eller noget lidt mere teknisk, hvor gæsterne virkelig skal opleve noget helt ekstraordinært.

When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.
You will be able to see further up the page what the chef's requirements are for your kitchen, as well as what the chef is able to bring. If you are in doubt, you can ask the chef after you have sent a request.
The chef is responsible for both shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. Therefore, you just have to be responsible for setting the table, drinks (unless you have an additional wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
