I am a trained chef from Novo Nordisk Kursus Center Hvidøre / The Marriott Copenhagen since 2007.
I use sous vide for most of my cooking, as I believe it preserves both flavor and power as well as juice and vitamins.
My wife makes big fondant cakes and together we cook lots of delicious food. We don't leave until everything is right and you and your party are happy.
