Hi my name is Malte Iglemose I am 27 years old and live in Kolding, I have experience from both Michelin restaurants and conference hotels so I am a master in both large and small companies.
I graduated from Hotel Koldingfjord in 2017, then I have been chef at 1 star Michelin restaurant Søllerød kro, souchef at Restaurant Treetop in Vejle and now I am gastronomic manager at Resaturant Louisehøj.
My food style is minimalistic with taste and appearance at the forefront, I only use the best ingredients you can find both locally and abroad.
My menus change according to the season and if you want changes or adjustments, you are welcome to write and we can find out what is right for you, in addition, I can also provide a wine menu that fits perfectly with the individual dishes.
