Hej mit navn er Malte Iglemose jeg er 27 år gammel og bor i Kolding, jeg har erfaring fra både Michelin restauranter og konference hoteller så jeg er mester i både store og små selskaber. jeg er udlært fra Hotel Koldingfjord i 2017, derefter har jeg været kok på 1 stjernet Michelin restaurant Søllerød kro, souchef på Restaurant Treetop i vejle og nu er jeg gastronomisk chef på Resaturant Louisehøj. min madstil er minimalistisk med smag og udseende i højsædet, jeg bruger kun de bedste råvare man kan finde både lokalt og uden for landets grænser. mine menuer skifter efter sæsonen og hvis man har lyst til ændringer eller justeringer, er man velkommen til at skrive og vi kan finde ud af det helt rigtige for jer, derudover kan jeg også stå for vin menu som passer helt perfekt til de enkelte retter.
