Ceviché af frisk hvid fisk, torsk, helleflynder, pighvar, slethvar, søtunge eller rødtunge alt efter hvad der er bedst på dagen jeg henter fisken på hvidesande fiske aktion. marineret sammen med årstidens grønt, lime og god oliven olie, koriander og piment de Espillét. afsluttes med Rød funori tang og karse og selvfølgelig Caviar Gold!
Starter
Jomfruhummer, og kammuslinger, puré på Brunet selleri, Selleri juice skilt med Dild olie og brunet smør. Garneret med Russisk sort Caviar og sherry tapioka perler

Lynstegt sashi kød i tyndeskiver, med hoisin, rød oxalis, Ristede kerner, trøffel og foie gras.

Helstegt Ribeye med kød fra bedste skuffe
Garniture af håndplukkede svampe efter årstiden, ristet kål og svampe pure ala creme, langtid stegt majs, skåret fra kolben, grillede løg.
Sauce Gastriquet med Portvin, trøffel og morkler.

Comté, smør stegt sigte brød, reven comté, brunet smør og ristede hasselnødder. Dækket af Franske eller italienske trøfler.

When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
