My name is Peder Jensen and I'm 27 years old.
I have started my own catering company called Catering4u.
I have a huge commitment to good food, and I love making it. As my mother is a trained economist, I have held a spoon in my hand since I was very small and loved it. I grew up on a farm where good ingredients from my own garden and stable were a matter of course, and this is still the case in my cooking.
I like to cook a lot of different foods. I like to reinterpret dishes and in my world the only limit is my imagination.
I'm good at creating small, delicate dishes for a tapas event or a reception, for example. I also enjoy working with large buffets for brunch, lunch or evening events.
