Competition rules

Rules and conditions for participation in ChefMe's Facebook, Instagram and email competitions.

How to participate
Only people over the age of 18 who live in Denmark can participate in the competition. Employees of ChefMe may not participate in the competition.

Competition conditions
The winner will be determined by lottery and will be contacted directly. The winner's name will be published on ChefMe's Facebook and Instagram.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize goes to someone else who is found via a new draw. In that case, the original winner cannot make a claim against ChefMe.
The prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

The participants give automatic consent that the images may be used for marketing and shared on ChefMe's social media.
The winner automatically gives consent that the won dinner must be documented with pictures and used for marketing.

What else do you need to know?
ChefMe will at no time sell or pass on your information to third parties.

ChefMe reserves the right to continuously revise the rules and can change the rules if deemed necessary. ChefMe is not responsible for drawing attention to any errors and omissions.
ChefMe pays all prize fees. Should a person, as a result of the prizes, incur a tax liability or a liability in connection with social benefits, ChefMe disclaims any liability in this connection.

ChefMe reserves the right to block/delete content and images that infringe third-party rights, as well as to stop the competition without notice. If cheating is suspected, ChefMe reserves the right to exclude users without notice.

When you register, you give ChefMe permission to send you emails, as well as for us to use other information that we have about you to adapt the marketing to you.
