Hi,
My life revolves around food and always has. For more than 20 years I have been involved in cooking in one way or another. But I am different from most chefs as I have chosen to further my education and have obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Health.
I made this decision because I believe that great taste, respect for good ingredients and nutrition go hand in hand. Therefore, when you taste my cooking, you'll notice that I pay attention to every detail and that I prioritize great taste, fresh ingredients and nutritional responsibility.
I work in many different kitchens and I'm always open to a dialog about the menu to give it your personal touch.
