Gennem mange år har jeg haft fornøjelsen af at arbejde med gourmet- og Michelin-mad på forskellige restauranter både i Danmark og udlandet, og det er noget, jeg virkelig brænder for. Men idéen om at bringe den oplevelse ind i folks hjem og skabe en atmosfære med personlige rammer er præcis dét, der gør, at jeg elsker at lave mad. Dog finder jeg det altid spændende at udvikle en unik menu, skræddersyet til dine og dine gæsters ønsker og præferencer, så oplevelsen bliver helt personlig. Jeg er oplært i det klassiske franske og nordiske køkken, men min erfaring fra at arbejde i Grækenland har også givet mig en dyb kærlighed til det græske, tyrkiske og mellemøstlige køkken. We recommend that you reserve your date as early as possible by sending a request to the chef, especially for weekends and during periods of holidays or celebrations.

When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.
You will be able to see further up the page what the chef's requirements are for your kitchen, as well as what the chef is able to bring. If you are in doubt, you can ask the chef after you have sent a request.
The chef is responsible for both shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. Therefore, you just have to be responsible for setting the table, drinks (unless you have an additional wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
