My name is Nicolas, and I am from Argentina. I am currently living in Copenhagen and have been working in various types of restaurants for the past 3 years, both here and in Argentina. My idea is to bring a Latin experience to your table with a menu that we can create together. This could, for instance, be a traditional Argentinian barbecue with classic dishes, allowing you to experience the culture, which I would gladly share with you and your guests. I have always been excited about hosting a family-style dinner and the concept of family or friends gathering. It reminds me of my roots back in Argentina, where we would have long tables with a variety of foods, from perfectly grilled meat to delicious seasonal veggies and flavorful traditional vegetarian Argentinian dishes. Let's create a fantastic menu together! I look forward to hearing from you :-)

When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.

The chef is responsible for both shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. Therefore, you just have to be responsible for setting the table, drinks (unless you have an additional wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
