Uddannet kok i 2017 på Ribehøj. Nuværende stilling som køkkenchef i gourmetrestaurant til 80 plads, A'la carte med fokus på lokale varer i sæson, samt frokost ordning og morgenmad. Alsidig erfaring i bagning, syltning, , kød, fisk, saucer, pizza, sushi. samt salte og dessert køkken og chokolade. Menu planlægning , egenkontrol, varebestilling.
