In my time as a trainee chef, chef, sous chef, head chef, self-employed, and teacher, I have worked almost everywhere in the industry, from fine ala carte, to corporate catering, inns, and hotels.
My absolute passion lies within parties, and I take pride in using the best ingredients at a reasonable price, and the quality and aesthetics are top notch, and all agreements are kept to the letter, so do not hesitate to write to me if you are having a party or an event :-)
