Zhara Mian is an internationally recognized, personal chef who has spent over 15 years honing her craft in the art of fine dining and tasting experiences. She began her brand with the vision of bringing transcending, yet affordable menus to clients around the globe. Her passion for reimagining culinary classics into creative fusions matches her drive to bring a truly personalized dining experience to clients and corporations alike; wherever they are in the world.

From her roots at a small bakery in her Canadian hometown, she has expanded her culinary horizons globally as a private chef. Having worked and studied across North America, Europe, South America and Asia. She holds two certificates degrees in molecular and gastronomic sciences from Harvard and is a regional finalist for the upcoming Hawksworth Young Chef Scholarship Award.
