Jeg er en ung, glad og ernergisk kok på 28 år som har været ambitiøs fra starten, jeg er startet på michelin restaurant og har også været på bistro, klassisk fransk og dansk restaurant. Jeg kender til det nordiske køkken, og er velbevandret i de klassiske franske køkkenteknikker. Jeg går op i gode råvarer, og mener at råvarerne taler for sig selv. Jeg går ikke på kompromis med kvalitet, og sætter en ære i at have respekt for det jeg arbejder med. Jeg elsker selv at sanke urter og ting fra den danske natur, og tit vil mine menuer bære præg af ting fra den danske natur, blandet med de bedste grøntsager, kød og fisk. Vigtigst af alt er gæsten, og din/jeres oplevelse, maden skal passe til anledningen, i skal føle jer i gode hænder og få en oplevelse udover det sædvanlige hvér gang. Jeg skal åbne egen restaurant til sommer, så dette er blot for at give gode oplevelser og bruge tiden fornuftigt indtil da. When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.
You will be able to see further up the page what the chef's requirements are for your kitchen, as well as what the chef is able to bring. If you are in doubt, you can ask the chef after you have sent a request.
The chef is responsible for both shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. Therefore, you just have to be responsible for setting the table, drinks (unless you have an additional wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
