Hi I’m Davide, I’m from Milan but have been working as an executive chef in an Italian restaurant in Copenhagen for 5 years now. Previously I worked in Italy in luxury hotels/restaurants as a chef, and that is where I met my colleague and friend Aaron, that will also be a part of your dinner experience. We prefer to be two chefs in your house, we believe that it will be a better and more relaxing experience for you this way. Our idea is to bring an Italian kitchen with a touch of Nordic style to your house. For any allergies or change in the menu we are really openminded. We also do vegan and vegetarian options. Tidligere arbejdede jeg i Italien på luksushoteller/restauranter som kok og her mødte jeg min kollega og ven Aaron, som vil også være en del af din middags/brunchoplevelse. Vi foretrækker at være to kokke i dit hus, da vi mener at det vil gøre oplevelsen bedre og mere afslappende for dig. Vores idé er at bringe et italiensk køkken med et strejf af nordisk stil til dit hjem. For eventuelle allergier eller ændringer i vores menu, skal du bare sige til. When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.
You will be able to see further up the page what the chef's requirements are for your kitchen, as well as what the chef is able to bring. If you are in doubt, you can ask the chef after you have sent a request.
The chef is responsible for both shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. Therefore, you just have to be responsible for setting the table, drinks (unless you have an additional wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
