Hej Folkens :) Jeg har drevet michelin-restaurant (Bibgourmand) i 10 år, den er solgt...og jeg lever idag af at udføre eksklusive private dinings. Det har jeg gjort de sidste 3 år igennem mhdining. Jeg elsker at være kreativ i køkkenet, samtidigt har jeg stor respekt for det klassiske køkken. Jeg dyrker selv mine grøntsager, bær og frugter, altsammen dyrket i økologisk ånd. Jeg samler desuden så vidt muligt råvarer i naturen, som den danske sæson tillader det. Jeg går meget op i smag og anretninger. Jeg nyder at møde nye, glade mennesker igennem mit private dining. When should I book a chef at the latest?
We recommend that you reserve your date as early as possible by sending a request to the chef, especially for weekends and during periods of holidays or celebrations.

What happens when I send a request to the chef?
When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
Can I change the chef's menu?
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.
Does the cook bring everything that is needed?
You will be able to see further up the page what the chef's requirements are for your kitchen, as well as what the chef is able to bring. If you are in doubt, you can ask the chef after you have sent a request.
What do I have to be responsible for when I book a chef?
The chef is responsible for both shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. Therefore, you just have to be responsible for setting the table, drinks (unless you have an additional wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
