NOTE: I am pregnant and will be going on maternity leave soon to take care of myself and my little baby :-) This means that from 1/10/24 until 31/05/25 I will not be accepting private dining orders.
My name is Anais, I'm 31 years old and I come from Belgium and the Dominican Republic. I moved to Denmark 9 years ago. I have more than 10 years of experience as a chef and head chef in various restaurants in Denmark and Belgium.
Besides my catering business Anaïs Dining, I also run my café in Farum Kulturhus.

I cook from scratch with fresh ingredients inspired by Southern European, Caribbean and Danish cuisines and love to use natural spices in my food.
