When a chef launches a new menu on ChefMe, you can get a 20% discount on the first three bookings. It's the chef's way of introducing their latest creation — and your chance to try something new at a great price.<\/p>
How does it work?<\/h3>
The discount applies automatically. When you book a menu with a discount, the 20% is deducted from the per person price at checkout. You don't need to do anything special — the discount is already included in the displayed price.<\/p>
How long does the discount last?<\/h3>
The discount is valid for the first three bookings of the menu. Once three guests have booked, the price returns to the normal per person price. So be quick!<\/p>
What is included in the price?<\/h3>
The price covers everything: a professional chef, all raw materials and ingredients, preparation in your home, and cleanup afterwards. You just need to take care of the guests and the atmosphere.<\/p>

We have just had the pleasure of having Patrick (or his staff) out serving at our wedding. The food was absolutely perfect, and everything was under control with allergens, etc.
We can definitely only recommend others to book him as well.
The only downside was that they had unfortunately forgotten the bread and whipped butter that were also supposed to have been there (the money for this has also been refunded without any hassle)

The entire process from first contact to the food being eaten has been incredibly good. Casper always responded very quickly, whether through messages or calls. The menu suggestions were adjusted to perfection, and all allergens and dietary preferences were taken care of.
On the wedding day, Casper took care of everything and there were 0 worries. The food was really good and there was food for the helpers and the photographer as well, so we as a couple could enjoy the dinner.

Delicious food and very pleasant chef
Nicolas arrived in good time before the food was supposed to be ready. The food was fantastic and Nicolas had control of the grill so everything proceeded smoothly.
We had ordered food for a 60th birthday and our guests were very excited about the food. There was plenty of both meat and side dishes, and we were many young people who ate heartily.
Can definitely recommend Nicolas and his Argentine food.

What is included when I book a ChefMe chef?
The chef takes care of shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. You just need to set the table and provide drinks (unless you have added a wine menu or similar), and otherwise enjoy the time with your guests.
When is the latest I should book, and can I make changes after booking?
We recommend reserving the date as early as possible by sending a request to the chef, especially for weekends and around holidays or large events, when demand is high.
Up to 7 days before the event you can adjust the number of guests, and you are always covered by our free cancellation insurance. So you can safely book as soon as you know the date of your event.

What kinds of events can I book a chef for?
You can book a ChefMe chef for all kinds of events, big or small. From milestone birthdays and weddings to small, intimate dinners with friends, family or colleagues.
Our skilled chefs tailor the menu and the experience to fit your needs perfectly.
Can I change the chef's menu?
Yes, you can start from one of the chef's menu suggestions, and with most chefs have a menu tailored exactly to your wishes.
Simply write your preferences when you send a request, so together you can put together a menu that suits you and your party perfectly.
When do I pay?
We only charge the payment 14 days before the event. If the event is less than 14 days away, we charge the payment immediately on booking confirmation.
Can children's menus be made?
Yes, children are more than welcome. The ChefMe chef can often adapt the menu into child-friendly versions or make special dishes that appeal to the little ones.
Just mention how many children are attending when you send your request, and the chef will make sure both children and adults have a great experience.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests?
Each chef decides how many people their menus are suited for.
Most ChefMe chefs cook for parties of 8 to 100 people, but you can also find menus for 5 people, or for more than 200 guests.
What if I have to cancel?
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, you can. ChefMe has a flexible cancellation policy:
- More than 6 days before the event: you get 100% of the amount refunded.
- 3 to 6 days before the event: you get 70% of the amount refunded.
- Less than 3 days before the event: no refund (0%).
If the chef has to cancel (which fortunately is rare), you naturally get the full amount refunded, and we help you find a new chef.
