We didn't have the pleasure of Kristoffer but Jannick, who took care of us. We could sit down, relax, and just enjoy ourselves while Jannick had control of both the food and service. The food was top-notch and it felt like being at a restaurant in your own home. When he said goodbye and I went into the kitchen, everything was washed up and put away. It's definitely not the last time we'll use the concept, and we give the highest recommendations.

Our experience with PS Gastro was great, the food was delicious and the chefs very friendly and talkative. For one of the desserts we asked for a traditional ris a l'amande, a bit disappointing since it wasn't sweet and the cherry syrup was cold, so it didn't have the expected taste. For the rest, the food was really tasty and very well presented, and we ended up with a full and happy belly. The chefs were a little bit late due to traffic but nothing that affected the evening. I would highly recommend Davide and Aaron. The food and service were excellent. I hosted a corporate event for six guests where Davide and Aaron put together the perfect menu, cooked the food, and ensured a beautiful table setting. The kitchen cleanup was also excellent. They have my very best recommendations.
