Vi havde givet Henrik frie hænder til at sammensætte menuen, og resultatet overgik absolut vores forventninger. Vi fik syv serveringer og alle retter var en sand eksplosion af smag. Varm anbefaling herfra!

Vi havde besøg af Michaels kok Lillian som var virkelig sød, effektiv og behagelig! Hun var med til at give os en rigtig god en aften vi alle kunne nyde! Og lækker mad ikke mindst! Tak for det!

Vi holdt bryllup, hvor gæsterne hovedsageligt kom fra Nordjylland, og alle har rost maden. Vi fik delemad til hovedret.

Rafael stepped in quickly when our wedding chef canceled due to illness in the immediate family. I can only highly recommend Rafael, the food was super delicious and in generous amounts and he was informative all the time. Best recommendations from here

Nothing less than spectacular! The menu was absolutely perfect for the bachelorette party we had booked it for. Everything up to was super easy and so fast at answering! Super easy and wildly good experience with Jens! We inquired with a single direction. Jens provided a draft menu and with small coordination back and forth, we ended up with a menu that sounded absolutely fantastic! Jens was quick to respond to any questions and arrived on time. Jens is super calm and pleasant, but above all a sublime chef! It was truly delicious and the service proceeded perfectly! The fact that the table was cleared and the kitchen cleaned up along the way made the experience

Very delicious food with good flavors for our son's confirmation on 27/4, super chef and helpers and beautiful presentations 👌🏼 We had ordered sourdough bread and whipped butter for the appetizer, but it was not sourdough bread that was served, and it was not whipped butter. We had ordered our son's favorite dessert Gateau Marcel which he had been looking forward to, but when it was served, there was brownie on the plate. The chef informed that there had been problems with their refrigerator.

Really lovely food for our son's confirmation. Good communication about the menu and very friendly and accommodating. Thomas also made a dessert that was inspired by Grandma's lemon mousse. Beautiful presentation.
