Very good and easy communication throughout the process. Lots of room for influence on the menu. We had a visit from the chef Pat, she was sweet and very accommodating. Really good food and no rush between courses. The kitchen was tidy and clean. Overall a lovely experience. Thanks for a great evening.

This was the 5th time we've gotten food from Patrick, each time Frederik has been our chef. Yesterday he was here again, this time with an assistant and again it was just fantastic. We were 26 guests in a private home. Delicious food, calm atmosphere, beautiful presentations, good service, and smiles. I can only give my warmest recommendation. Even the process leading up to it has been flawless.

Great experience! Really delicious food, sweet and friendly chef, who left the kitchen in a very good condition.. the only downside is that the food was too salty, and the communication was really poor - I heard nothing until four days before the event, and it made me super nervous about being let down.. Otherwise, everything lived up to expectations!

Anna created the most delicious 4-course menu for my 18 guests. Colorful and beautifully arranged on the plates, and everything tasted wonderful! I was overwhelmed by how she just took over our kitchen and handled EVERYTHING, even the dishes. She lifted any responsibility off my shoulders so that I only had to enjoy my guests. We got 7 servings and everything was delicious and well-prepared. Casper is easy to talk to and blended nicely into the company without being intrusive. The kitchen was completely clean when he left. It is definitely recommended to book Casper to cook.

Rafael made a fantastic 6-course meal. Everything was beautifully arranged and tasted amazing. Rafael is also very pleasant, which contributed to a wonderful overall experience. We would happily book Rafael again and give our warmest recommendations.
