Be the perfect host

Nick stepped in at short notice (on the day when another chef canceled). Easy communication and delivered a tasty menu as agreed.

It was a pleasure to have Kristoffer as a chef for our event. He was helpful in providing suggestions for a menu that matched the wine I wanted to serve. The execution was excellent, and Kristoffer left the kitchen clean and neat. It is unlikely that this will be the last time we use this concept.

Thomas really made a delicious 3-course menu for my 50th birthday for 20 guests. Everyone praised the food and said thank you for the delicious meal. Thomas seamlessly blended in and maintained a professional distance in the open kitchen, but also contributed with a humorous comment a couple of times to the company's amusement. Everything was absolutely fantastic! The food was incredibly delicious and the dialogue and collaboration with Adam were incredibly pleasant and constructive. We had the wine menu as well, and Adam had chosen very delicious wines that paired perfectly with the whole menu.

I had ordered Nick to make a good meal for my wife and me. I was somewhat nervous about it since I hadn't tried it before. I am completely satisfied with everything and can only highly recommend Nick. We had really good food and we got full. Nick gets 6 stars out of 5.

Thomas was polite, kind, and respectful. Even more important for the experience, he was extremely accommodating towards the kids. Delicious food, service, and handling of our kitchen. 6 stars!

Fantastic food and easy communication

Super delicious food and really nice communication with Kristoffer before the start of the event. The only "minus" was that it wasn't Kristoffer who showed up on the day, but a friend/employee, which would have been nice to know beforehand. The person was not very talkative, especially during the first period after the chef's arrival, which made it a bit awkward. Furthermore, it would be nice to know in advance exactly which tools the chef will need upon arrival :-)
